We want you to love your order. Here’s the deal:

  • 📸 If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

  • 🛍 We’ll replace or refund within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • 🚫 We don’t accept “changed my mind” or used product returns.

  • 💌 Email us at support@mycannabella.com and we’ll take care of you.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • Any damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Claims must include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • All returns and replacements require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Once a claim is approved, Canna Bella Wellness will issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. General Returns

  • All sales are final once shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error originated from Canna Bella Wellness.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

  • Canna Bella Wellness reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
