📸 If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

🛍 We’ll replace or refund within 5–7 business days after approval.

🚫 We don’t accept “changed my mind” or used product returns.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims must include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

All returns and replacements require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once a claim is approved, Canna Bella Wellness will issue a replacement or refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. General Returns

All sales are final once shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error originated from Canna Bella Wellness.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear on your statement.
