📦 Processing Time: We pack and ship your order within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday.

🚚 Tracking: You’ll get a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second one with your tracking number when it ships.

📨 Delivery: Once your package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way to you.

Full Policy Version
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During product launches, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to high volume.
2. Shipping Confirmation
Customers will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. A second email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.
3. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Canna Bella Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other external factors.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first to open an investigation. If additional help is needed, contact support@mycannabella.com within 72 hours of the marked delivery date.
